- What is this app for?
- Every Friday afternoon it gathers the week's Tech Support tickets, the tech.support@ mailbox and the Head of IT's mail, drafts the IT Weekly Report in Group IT's template, and emails the team to review it. Anything missed can be pasted in, in any format; it asks about anything unclear before it goes into the report.
- Who can access it?
- The Head of IT and the IT Infrastructure and Support Engineer. The Head of IT's own mail is visible to the Head of IT only.
